When your child receives a Replacement Card a Primary Parent will need to activate the card before it can be used.
Once the child's new Spriggy Card is activated:
The previous Spriggy Card will be de-activated.
The balance and transaction history will transfer over to the newly activated Spriggy Card after a short delay.
The balance and transactions of the Spriggy Card are visible via both the Child and Parent Login.
