What happens to my child’s balance and transaction history when they get a replacement card?

Find out how the balance and transactions transfer over to a new Spriggy card.

Your child’s balance and transaction history will be transferred over to their new card once it’s been activated.

The Primary Parent will need to activate your child’s replacement card before it can be used. Once they have:

  • Their previous card will be deactivated.

  • Their balance and transaction history will be transferred within minutes.

Balance and transactions can be seen from both the Child and Parent Login. If you need help activating a new card, check out this guide.
