The Traveler Booking Experience

With SquadTrip, travelers have the ability to book packages, add-ons, and elect to pay the trip in full or with a monthly payment plan. All of the package pricing, add-ons, and payment options are set by the Trip Organizer.

Overview of the Traveler Portal

All travelers that book a trip with a trip organizer using SquadTrip receive their own traveler portal where they can:

  • Make and manage payments: Travelers can make additional payments, pay specific installments, and pause scheduled payments.

  • Update billing information: Travelers can change or update their credit card on file at any time.

  • Purchase and return add-ons: If a trip has add-ons, traveler can make additional purchases within their account at any time. If they have a payment plan with a balance due, they can also return add-ons as needed.
    ​

  • Apply promo codes: If a traveler was given a promo code to discount a specific dollar amount, they can apply this code in their account.
    ​

  • Update registration questions: Travelers can update registration questions within their account which will automatically update the Trip Organizer's traveler list information.
    ​

  • Share their Refer & Receive link: If the Organizer has launched a traveler Refer & Receive program, they traveler can access their unique referral link within their portal.
    ​

  • Cancel their trip reservation: Travelers can cancel their trip with or without a refund depending on the trip organizer's refund policy.
    ​

  • View the trip itinerary: Travelers can see what's included in the trip and the itinerary anytime below the payment schedule.

  • Contact the trip organizer: Travelers can email the organizer directly using a form that is sent to the Trip Organizer's email.
