Question List Group Page
Updated over a week ago

The Question List Group page displays the values that make up a Question List for any drop-down, checkbox or radio question you have created.

The following fields can be edited from the Question List Group page:

  • List name

  • Whether the list is shared or not

  • Sort order – Values can be sorted in alphabetical order or a predefined order.

  • Number of columns – You can display the values in more than one column (e.g. across the page rather than down the page.)

  • Whether the list is scored or not (once a list is a Scored List it cannot be reversed)

Edit the Question List Group

  1. On the Question List Group page click Edit.

  2. Enter any of the following values as required.

  3. Click Save.

How to Share a List

Sharing lists can be particularly useful if you have several questions that use the same list values (e.g. you have 5 questions that have the same answers). The Share List option allows you to create the list once for the first question and then use a Shared List for all remaining questions.

  1. On the Question List Group page click Edit.

  2. Check Share List.

  3. Click Save.

Convert a List to a Scored List

You can convert lists to Scored Lists after they have been created. Converting a list to a Scored List is an irreversible action.

  1. On the Question List Group page click Edit.

  2. Check the Score List option.

  3. Click Save.

Add a Value to a Question List

  1. In the Active Values section click Add.

  2. Enter a Name for the value.

  4. Click Save.

Edit a Value in a Question List

  2. Edit the Name as required.

  3. Check/Uncheck Make Default if applicable.

  4. Click Save.
