Edit the Case Service
To edit the Case Service, click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the page. The following information can be edited.
There are a couple of ways to add a Worker to a Case Service in Penelope. If you are on the Case Service page, the easiest way is to select the Worker tab and then click the Add link located in the Workers section. You can also assign a Worker to a Case Service from the Worker Profile (click here for more information).
Warning: Clicking Assign to Workers will assign all Clinical and Intake-Mgmt level Workers to the Case Service (the Worker must be active and accepting new clients).
