The Case Service page provides important information regarding a Case Service and includes the Case Service name, start date, end date, security information, Workers, DSS configuration, Service Units etc.
The Case Service page can be accessed from the Setup sidebar (Services List > clicking the Service Name) located on your My Home page (subject to permissions).
Edit the Case Service
To edit the Case Service, click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the page. The following information can be edited.
Worker Tab
There are a couple of ways to add a Worker to a Case Service in Penelope. If you are on the Case Service page, the easiest way is to select the Worker tab and then click the Add link located in the Workers section. You can also assign a Worker to a Case Service from the Worker Profile (click here for more information).
Warning: Clicking Assign to Workers will assign all Clinical and Intake-Mgmt level Workers to the Case Service (the Worker must be active and accepting new clients).

Marking a Case Service as Secure
When a Case Service is marked as Secured, only Workers assigned to the Service File will be able to view it on the Case page, unless the Worker has been granted the ability to see Secured Services via their Security Class.

Assigning a Document
It is possible to assign Documents to a Case Service by clicking the Add link located in the Documents sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Once selected, the Document will be available at the Service File level.
