Viewing a Task, Client Task or Reminder

To view a Task, Client Task or Reminder simply navigate to the entity (Case, Service File, Service Event etc) and follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to the Workflow sidebar on the right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click the Task, Client Task or Reminder you would like to view.

Once clicked the Task, Client Task or Reminder page will open.

Tasks are colour coded by priority --
