You can capture notes for a Group event in two ways:
In this help article we will look at how to add group notes for all attendees of the group using the Append Notes functionality.
Group Event Notes for All Attendees
Navigate to the Group Event you would like to append the Notes to.
Click Append Notes.
Check Apply To Shown Events Only if applicable. When checked the text entered in the notes fields will be added to the event notes field (in the Individual’s Group Service File event) for all attending individuals.
Enter the event Notes.
Click Save.
