Anonymous Service List Page

The Anonymous Service List page provides an overview of all your agency’s Anonymous Services.

The Anonymous Service List page can be accessed from the Worker’s My Home page by clicking the Setup sidebar on the right-hand side of the page and choosing the Anonymous Services List.

The following information and functions are available on the Anonymous Services List page:

  1. Anonymous Service search

  2. List of Anonymous Services

  3. Information about the Anonymous Service – Type, Date, Presentation, Worker and Created by.

  4. Ability to delete the Anonymous Service

It is important to note that the Setup sidebar will only appear if you have been assigned to a Security Class with one or more Setup Security Settings activated.

What is an Anonymous Service?

Anonymous Services are typically brief one time services offered by an agency. These services do not require the creation of an Individual, Case or Service File and do not appear under a Worker’s Case Load.

Some typical examples of Anonymous Services include:

  • Crisis calls

  • Information calls

  • Community presentations

  • Seminars

Using the Anonymous Service List Search

To use the Anonymous Service List search follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the Anonymous Service List page.

  2. Enter the required Search Criteria.

  3. Click Go.

Results matching your search criteria will appear in the Results section located at the bottom of the page.

How to View an Anonymous Service

To view an Anonymous Service follow the instructions below:

  1. In the Results section find the Anonymous Service you would like to view.

  2. Click the Anonymous Service Type.

You will be taken to the Anonymous Service page where you will see all the details of the logged Anonymous Service.

Deleting an Anonymous Service

To delete an Anonymous Service follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the Anonymous Service List page.

  2. In the Results section click the minus (-) icon of the Anonymous Service you would like to delete.

  3. Enter a password if asked.

  4. Click Continue.

The Anonymous Service will be immediately deleted. This action cannot be reversed.
