Anonymous Service Page

The Anonymous Service page provides Workers with information about an Anonymous Service which has been logged.

You can access the Anonymous Service page from the Anonymous Services List link located in the Links sidebar of your My Home page. From the Anonymous Service List page you select an Anonymous Service from the results section or use the search criteria to narrow down the results displayed (and then select the Anonymous Service).

What is an Anonymous Service?

Anonymous Services are typically brief one time services offered by an agency. These services do not require the creation of an Individual, Case or Service File and do not appear under a Worker’s Case Load. Some typical examples of Anonymous Services include:

  • Crisis calls

  • Information calls

  • Community presentations

  • Seminars.

Editing an Anonymous Service

To edit an Anonymous Service click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can then edit the fields in the screenshot found below.

Deleting an Anonymous Service

It may be possible to delete an Anonymous Service by clicking the delete button located at the top of the page. Whether this is possible may depend on your security permissions and other external factors (e.g. whether there are referrals or documents attached).

Adding a new Anonymous Service
