How to Revert Service Event Attendance

It is possible to change the Service Event status (after the Attendance has been resolved) by using the Revert link located on the Service Event page. By clicking Revert the status will be changed to Booked. Once the Service Event has a status of Booked you will be able to mark the Attendance as required.

Important Information

If a Service Event has billable Service Units (Cart Items) attached and the Service Units have been invoiced, it is not possible to revert the status of a Service Event.

Follow the steps below to revert the status of a Service Event:

  1. Open the client’s Service File.

  2. In the Service Event section select the Service Event you wish to Revert.

  3. Click Revert.

  4. Select the Service File participant/s who will be returned to the Service Event attendees list after the attendance is reverted.

  5. Select the Service File Worker/s who will be returned to the Service Event attendees list after the attendance is reverted.

  6. Click Save.

The Service Event will now have a status of Booked. If using Penelope 4.14.1.1 or above, only Service Event attendees checked in steps 4 and 5 will be returned to the attendees’ list in the Service Event. If your agency is using a version of Penelope prior to 4.14.1.1, all Service Event attendees will be added back to the Service Event.
