There are two ways of rescheduling a Service Event in Penelope, both of which use different functions within Penelope.

Reschedule – No Record of Reschedule

  1. Navigate to the applicable Service File.

  2. Open the Service Event you would like to reschedule.

  3. Click the Reschedule link.

  4. Enter the New Start Time and date.

  5. Enter the New End Time and date.

  6. Click Save (If any Scheduling Conflicts and Warnings appear action accordingly and then click Save).

Reschedule – Record of Reschedule

This method uses the Re-schedule attendance status rather than the Reschedule function (above). When used, you will be able to see the rescheduled Service Event in the Service Events section of the Service File page.

  1. Navigate to the Service File page.

  2. Open the Service Event you would like to reschedule.

  3. Click the Attendance link.

  4. From the Event Status drop-down select Re-scheduled.


  5. Click Save.

If you return to the Service File you will now see that the Service Event has a status of Re-scheduled. You will now need to book a new Service Event to replace the one you changed the Attendance of.

You could also access the Service Event directly from your Calendar (if you are the Worker or attending) or the Agency Events page.
