Adding a Client to the Pre-Enrollment List (Waitlist)

The Pre-Enrollment List (also referred to as the Waitlist) is a way to keep track of clients who have not yet been assigned to a service, who are waiting for an opening in a service or are waiting for a specific Worker to become available. The Pre-Enrollment List may also be known as a Waitlist or Queue.

You can access the Pre-Enrollment List using the "waitlist" icon in the left navigation, or you can access a specific Pre-Enrollment entry through a client’s Individual Profile.

To add an Individual to the Pre-Enrollment List follow the instructions below.

Add to the Pre-Enrollment List

  1. Navigate to the Individual Profile of the client you would like to add.

  2. On the Pre-Enrollment tab, click Add.

  3. Select/Enter a Reason for Pre-Enrollment, Case Service (if known/applicable – can be added later), Informal Series (if known/applicable – can be added later), Worker (if known/applicable – can be added later), Location (if known/applicable – can be added later), On List date, Priority, Notes (if applicable), and any Criteria (if applicable).

  4. Click Save.

The Individual will be immediately added to the Pre-Enrollment List.

You can access the Pre-Enrollment entry from the "waitlist" icon in the left navigation, or on the Pre-Enrollment tab in the client’s Individual Profile.
