Document Questions that have "Number Question" selected under the "Displayed text" section of their setup window are not appearing as numbered when viewing a completed Document or Document Preview.

Possible solution:

If the Questions are in a Section or Group, numbering will need to be enabled in the Section or Group and a preferred format selected for "Sub Element Format".

Select the Section or Group to bring up its Edit window.

If the Questions are not under a Group or Section, then numbering will need to enabled for the Document body.

Select "Main Body" to bring up its Edit window.
