Upload to File Transfer Folder
Updated over a week ago

Attention: Social Solutions (formerly Athena) is now Bonterra. Please bear with us as we update our screenshots to match our new name.

You can upload files to the Penelope team (e.g. Tailored Services team, Support team), when needed, with the File Transfer tool. The File Transfer tool can be accessed from the "File Transfer" section on the "File Attachment Setup" page. If you do not see this "File Transfer" section, please reach out to the Penelope Support team.

Please see below for instructions on how to upload a file to the File Transfer folder (fileTransfer/).

  1. Login as a System Administrator.

  2. Under the "System Setup" section, click on "File Attachment".

  3. On the "File Attachment Setup" page, click on the "Go to File Transfer" button in the "File Transfer" section. You will be redirected to an Amazon S3 webpage.

  4. Please make note of the character string that appears at the top left of the page (for Step 10).

  5. Click on the "Upload" button.

  6. Click on the "Add files" button to add the file you would like to upload.

  7. Then, scroll down the page and click on "Properties".

  8. Scroll down to the "Server-side encryption settings".

  9. Under the "Server-side encryption settings", select "Specify an encryption key".

    More options will appear.

Under "Encryption key type", select the "AWS Key Management Service key (SSE-KMS)" option.

Then, under "AWS KMS key", select the "Choose from your AWS KMS keys" option.

  10. In the screenshot from Step 4, there was a character string in the top left corner -- this is also the first part of your master key name. Type it into the search box. There should only be one option remaining; it will have the name from the Step-4-screenshot suffixed with the "_key". Click on the single key, as highlighted in blue in the following screenshot:

    <OR>

If your selected key is not available, you will be provided with an alternative key to use. This value will be entered in the "AWS KMS key ARN" field (selecting the "Enter AWS KMS key ARN" option, instead of the "Choose from your AWS KMS keys" option in Step 9). Please see the screenshot below:

  11. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Upload" button.

  12. If the upload is successful, you will get a message "Upload succeeded" with a similar page to this:
