Within the Stakeholders tab, you have the ability to determine each of your connections' "Access Level". This determines whether metrics are automatically shared with the investor. For each connection, you have the ability to choose "Enabled Sharing" or "Disabled Sharing".

Within the Stakeholders tab, under Connections, you have the ability to determine each of your connections' "Access Level". This determines whether metrics are automatically shared/updated to the investor. For each connection, you have the ability to choose "Enabled Sharing" or "Disabled Sharing".

Access Level: Enabled Sharing

  • With the Access Level set to Enabled Sharing, Standard metrics entered by the company, or pulled via the accounting or payroll integration will be visible to the investor, in addition to the metrics you submit to the investor through the Investor Reports tab.

  • Additionally, metrics that the company has previously submitted to the investor in an Investor Report will be updated for your investor if they are later edited in an Investor Report to another investor, updated via the accounting integration, or edited by the company in the Metrics tab.

  • Custom Metrics are never shared through this process unless explicitly entered in an information report.

  • Standard metrics that will be shared when Stakeholder Access Level is set to "Shared":

    • Cash In Bank

    • Net Burn

    • Runway

    • Total Operating Metrics

    • Revenue

    • Net Income

    • COGS

    • Net Profit

    • Gross Profit

    • Net Operating Profit

    • Gross Margin

    • Net Assets

    • Assets

    • Liabilities

    • Equity

    • Long Term Liabilities

    • Accounts Payable

    • Current Liabilities

    • Property Plants and Equipment

    • Other Current Assets

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Current Assets

Access Level: Disabled Sharing

  • With the Access Level set to Disabled Sharing, the only metrics submitted to the investor are those that the company submits through the Investor Reports tab, or that the company publishes in an Investor Update.

  • Metrics pulled in via the accounting integration, added/edited in the company's Metrics tab, or input via another investor's Investor Report will not be sent to the investor with a No Sharing Access Level, nor will they update the investor's data.
