How do I Change the Number of Seats I'm Booked For?

Written by Dougbear the Bugbear

You can increase or decrease the number of seats you're booked for in a game directly from your My Games page, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the next session start time.

⚠️ Before you make changes: Adjusting your seat count will change the total cost you pay. If the game's price has changed since you originally booked, your seats will be rebooked at the current price — not your original rate. If you believe you should be booked at a different rate, contact your GM before making changes.

How do I change my seat count?

  1. Go to your My Games page

  2. Click on the Adventure you want to update

  3. Find and click Edit player count

    • If you have one seat booked: click the three dots above the game title, then select Edit player count from the dropdown

    • If you have multiple seats booked: the Edit player count button appears below the game information directly

  4. Select the new number of seats you want and click Save

Is there a deadline to change my seat count?

Yes — you can only change your seat count at least 24 hours before the next session start time.

This applies to both increasing and reducing your seats.

If you need to make a change within 24 hours of a session, contact your GM directly and ask them to assist. They can temporarily change your booking price.

Note that approving last-minute changes is at the GM's discretion, as the Refund Policy requires 24 hours notice.

Will my price change if I adjust my seats?

Yes. Adding seats will increase your total cost, and removing seats will reduce it. The price charged will be based on the current session price at the time you make the change — not necessarily what you originally paid.

If the price has increased since you booked and you want to add a seat at your original rate, reach out to your GM and they can help you book at the correct price.
