Whether you are giving a player a discount or adjusting the price for a free session zero, knowing how to adjust the price of individual players can be very useful, and it is much easier than you may think.

How to Edit a Player's Price

Navigate to your "Listings" Page

Navigate to Your Adventure

You can click on the name of the Adventure, or click the 3 dots and click "Edit"

Click on "Players"

You'll then need to click on the 3 dots for that player, then click "Change booking price"

Type in the new session price for your player.

In the "Booking price" pop-up, you can change the session price for your Player. Changing this price effects all future sessions until you change it again.

Note: You cannot raise this price to higher that what a Player signed up for.

You can, however, lower the price as much as you want, all the way to free! (To make the game free enter 0) Just enter the new price and click "Save".
โ€‹

You'll see a green "Price successfully updated!" notification to indicate the update was successful.

Important Note

If you are temporarily changing the price for the player, remember to CHANGE THE PRICE BACK!

This "Booking Price" trumps all other pricing listed on the site for this player in this specific adventure.

If you've changed the price and forgot to change it back, the best way to recoup that money is to ask your player to submit a Custom Payment/Tip. They can do that by following these instructions.
