Whether you are giving a player a discount or adjusting the price for a free session zero, knowing how to adjust the price of individual players can be very useful, and it is much easier than you may think.

How to Discount a Player's Price

  1. Navigate to your Listings Page

  2. Click on your Adventure

  3. Click Players in the top left of the screen

  4. Click on the 3 dots for the player whose price you want to change

  5. Click Change booking price

  6. Type in the new session price for your player.

  7. Click Save

Note: Changing this price effects all future sessions until you change it again. You also cannot raise this price to higher that what a Player signed up for.

How to Run a Free Session

  1. Navigate to your Listings Page

  2. Click on your Adventure

  3. Click Players in the top left of the screen

  4. Click on the 3 dots for the player whose price you want to change

  5. Click Change booking price

  6. Turn on Next session free

  7. Click Save

Important Note

If you are temporarily changing a player's booking price, remember to CHANGE THE PRICE BACK!

The Booking Price trumps all other pricing listed on the site for this player in this specific adventure.

If you use Next session free, the player's price will automatically reset after the session.

If you've changed the price and forgot to change it back, the best way to recoup that money is to ask your player to submit a Custom Payment. They can do that by following these instructions.
