Whether you are looking to book an extra seat for your partner to play, or your friend is no longer able to join the campaign with you, sometimes you just need to adjust the number of players you are booked for.

How to Change Your Seat Count

1: Go to the My Games page

2: Click on your Adventure

3: Select Edit player count

  • With only one seat currently booked

    • You will see three dots above the title of the game. Clicking these dots will open a dropdown menu where you can click on the "Edit player count" button.

  • With multiple seats currently booked

    • You will see the Edit player count button below the game information instead of the three dots above it.

4: Edit your Booking

  • Once you click the "Edit player count" button, a new display will appear where you can change the number of players you are booked for.

  • Select the number of players you want to change your booking to, and click Save

❗It is important to note that changing the number of players you are booked for will change the cost you are paying for your seats.

If the cost of the game has changed since you booked your seats originally, your seats will be rebooked at the current price instead.

If your seats should be booked at a different rate than what is currently listed, reach out to your GM, and they can help you book at the correct rate.

Once you have booked your new seats, your total number of seats will be reflected at the bottom of the adventure information.

Similarly to skipping a session or leaving a game, you will not be able to reduce the number of seats you are booked for once you are within 24 hours of a session's start time.

If you would need to modify this number once within this time, reach out to your GM to request this change; however, choosing to approve this is at the GM's discretion as our Refund Policy says you have to give your GM at least 24 hours notice.
