👻 1. Snapchat Content in reports

When a Snapchat content (Story or Spotlight) contains hashtags or mentions that you have defined in the report settings, Stellar will automatically detect it, associate it with your campaign, and display it in your tracked posts.

This works the same way as for other social platforms:

  1. You configure the hashtags/mentions to track

  2. Stellar identifies content containing them

  3. The content is automatically included in your report

Of course, if some content were posted by the influencers without including the relevant hashtags or mentions, you can still add that content manually to the report. Just as with other social platforms, in the Posts tab of a report, click 'add content'.

💡Spotlights: public metrics automatically retrieved.

💡Stories: content automatically saved by Stellar as soon as the influencer is added to your portfolio, KPIs must be completed manually.

🛠 2. KPIs for Spotlights

Automatically displayed KPIs:

  • Publication date

  • Views

  • Likes

  • Shares

  • Comments

  • Engagement Rate (ER)

To be completed manually if the influencer provides the information:

  • Actual reach (private data)

🛠 3. KPIs for Stories

Since all Story metrics are private, they must be added manually:

  • Posts & Stories views

  • Actual reach

  • Replies

  • Shares / Screenshots

  • Clicks (Swipe-ups / Link clicks)

🔧 4. Editing Snapchat Content

You can click on “°°°” in the top-left corner of any content in the Posts tab to add private KPIs.

This ensures:
✔️ Consistent reporting
✔️ The ability to add private metrics provided by your creators
✔️ Centralization of all Snapchat activity related to your campaign
