How are Stinters in my Stint Team trained?

Updated today

We know every business is different, which is why we collaborate with you during the onboarding and implementation phase to define exactly how Stinters should integrate and be trained on your team.

What we do:

We ensure every Stinter is ready to work at your business before they start their Stints:

  • Compliance: We can manage any essential compliance required to work at your business (chat to our team for more information!)

  • The Stinter Hub: We can create and host bespoke training videos and downloadable materials directly on our online portal. This ensures Stinters are familiar with your specific brand standards and layout before their first shift.

Training your Stinters:

First Stints can be intimidating, and ensuring they have a positive experience is crucial - the more comfortable they feel, the more likely they are to stay motivated and return to your business.

To help them hit the ground running, we recommend:

  • Show them the basics:
Once they’ve checked in, show them where to leave their belongings, where the bathrooms and water stations are, and the location of the fire exits.

  • The team:
Introduce them to your core team and encourage them to ask questions along the way.

  • Point of contact:
Assign a go-to" team member for any immediate questions or concerns.

  • Clear briefing:
Talk them through their tasks - these should align with the details provided in the Stint app.

  • Tools for the job:
Ensure they have immediate access to any equipment needed to perform their role.

Continuous learning

By providing clear direction and real-time feedback, you help Stinters adapt to your standards quickly. This collaborative approach ensures that the Stinters on your team aren't just extra hands, they become high-performing members who understand the operations and processes unique to your business.
