What is Stint's training reimbursement policy?

We define ‘training’ as the additional time added on to normal-length Stints when Stinters join your dedicated Stint Team.

Voluntary departure: If a Stinter leaves of their own accord within the timeframes specified below, Stint will credit a portion of the training costs for their replacement.

Failed Trial Stints: Please note that Stint does not reimburse for failed Trial Stints unless a serious incident has occurred.


Our reimbursement structure:

If a Stinter chooses to leave your Team for whatever reason, we will cover a portion of the cost of training that Stinter up, in-line with these thresholds:
