You may occasionally receive 'Substitute Stinters' for your Stints rather than someone in your Stint Team. This could be due to a number of reasons, such as last minute cancellations, sickness, holidays or personal emergencies.
Posting Stints last minute and using Stint more than forecasted may also increase the likelihood of Substitute Stinters, as we can't always find available Stint Team members at short notice.
You can reduce the chance of this happening by posting Stints ahead of time.
What to expect from a Substitute Stinter:
Substitute Stinters are pre-vetted and possess the necessary skills to complete your Stint successfully. While they may not be part of your regular Stint Team, they will have undergone the similar training as your dedicated Stint Team members. This ensures they can deliver the same high-quality service you expect.
Please note: Substitute Stinters will not return to your business week after week like your Team Stinters do. If you have had a great experience with a Substitute Stinter and would like them to join your Team, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or our Customer Support Team.
