Stobox 4 iOS Onboarding Guide
To avoid permanently losing access to your wallet:
During wallet setup:
🚫 Do NOT refresh, close, or go back on the page
🚫 Do NOT clear cache before saving your backup file
🚫 Do NOT minimize the browser window.
🚫 Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your connection is unstable, wait until you are in a place with stable internet before starting.
🚫 On mobile: keep the screen active and do not minimize the browser app.
If the process is interrupted, the keys will not be saved to your device, and you will need to recreate the account.
Once you download the backup file:
✅ Save it immediately
✅ Copy it to another device or cloud storage
⚠️ You can contact Support to get a passphraseID of your valid backup
⚠️ Always follow instructions exactly to avoid data loss
If you lose your backup file, no one can help you because no one has access to your account or backup.
To avoid any mistakes, we recommend that you do not hurry during the registration.
It is especially crucial during wallet and backup file creation.
Do not use VPN services during registration. This may affect your account activation and verification.

Step-by-Step Registration
Go to https://stobox4.io on your desktop or laptop
Click Sign Up
Create your account
Email and password: Use a strong password (≥12 characters, with uppercase, numbers, and symbols. Note: spaces are not allowed at the beginning or the end of the password.)
Be sure to check your email and Spam/Junk folder for the confirmation code.Sign up with Google.
Fill in your personal details
First Name
Last Name
Country
Generate your wallet
Click Next: MPC Keys
Then click Generate My Wallet
Wait a few seconds — do not refresh or leave the page
Download your backup file
Click Generate Backup File
Download and save the
.jsonfile (default name is StoboxBackupKeys.json)
Verify your backup
Upload the file to confirm it's valid
Once verified, you're ready to use your wallet
Store the backup file in multiple secure locations (e.g., USB + cloud)
If you lose your backup file, no one can help you because no one has access to your account or backup.
If the file was validated and you accessed your Stobox 4 account, save your backup file in a safe location.
If you were not directed to your Stobox 4 account, that means the backup file was not generated correctly. Try logging in again; you will be directed to the backup generation page.
🔐 Your backup file is the only way to recover your wallet. If you lose it, we will be unable to help you. Treat it like a key to your safe.
Note: If you want to log in to your Stobox 4 account on another browser, device, or browser profile, use the Device connection option.
