If you log in and the system asks you to upload a backup file, it means you have not completed your registration process.
During registration, a backup file is generated for each user, and it must be downloaded. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your Stobox 4 account.
To avoid losing your backup during the wallet and backup generation process
Do not refresh the page.
Do not close the page or click the Back button.
Do not clear your cache before you save the backup file in a safe location.
Save the backup file itself.
Process it as instructed.
We suggest you check all your devices for files called StoboxBackupKeys and try to upload them.
If you don't find any backup files or none of them work, please contact the Stobox support team at support@stobox.io so we can check your account and advise.
