On the Crypto Assets page, select the correct network by clicking the button with the corresponding network name.
If you deposited STBU on BNB Smart Chain, you will not see it if the Ethereum network is selected.
If you still do not see your tokens, email support@stobox.io for checking. Send us your screenshots, and let us know if you log in on one device or browser only.
