If you can't see your deposit address despite several tries on several devices and browsers, it means your backup file is corrupted and so invalid, or you could delete your account at some point.

Please contact the support team at support@stobox.io or notify us via Messenger's Report issue on your Stobox 4 account.

Use your registered email address. Screenshots are highly appreciated.

We will check your account and get back to you as soon as possible.
