Sometimes, the backup file is not generated for some reason.

In this case, you can go back to the registration process and generate a backup file.

  1. Try to log in on another device or browser.

  2. Enter your email and password at https://stobox4.io/.

  3. You will be prompted to start the backup file generation process.

  4. Proceed to the backup file-generating process.
    To avoid losing your backup during the wallet and backup generation process:
    Do not refresh the page.
    Do not close the page or click the Back button.
    Do not clear your cache before you save the backup file in a safe location.
    If you're using a mobile device, be sure to check the relevant guidelines because mobile devices can damage your backup file if you don't know the nuances.

If it doesn't seem to work on your current browser, try it on yet another browser.

Save the backup file in a safe location and make a copy of it in case you lose the device.
