The account activity timeline lets you see everything happening in your Stora account in one place. Instead of checking individual subscriptions, contacts or units, you can use the timeline to review bookings, payments, emails, notes and more at a glance.
What is the account activity timeline?
The account activity timeline is a central view of all activity across your account. You can:
See recent activity across all sites in one list.
Filter by site, team member, activity type or notes.
Quickly answer questions like “what has Stora done for me today?” or “what changed on this account?”
This helps you see what is happening in your business without digging through multiple pages.
How to open the account activity timeline
Go to your Stora Backoffice.
In the sidebar, click Activity.
You will see a chronological list of recent activity across your account.
How to filter activity
Filter by site
If you operate multiple sites, you can narrow the timeline to a single location.
Open the Site filter.
Select the site you want to review.
The list will update to show activity only for that site.
Filter by activity type
You can focus on specific types of activity, such as bookings, payments or emails.
Open the Activity type filter.
Select the types of activity you want to see (for example, Bookings, Payments or Emails).
The list will update to show only those activity types.
Filter by team member
You can see activity completed by a specific person on your team.
Open the Activity type filter.
Choose the team member you want to review.
The list will update to show activity created by that person.
Filter by automated activity
You can see actions that Stora has carried out automatically on your behalf, such as sending emails or collecting payments.
Open the Activity type filter.
Select Stora automation.
The list will update to show actions performed automatically by Stora.
💡 Use this view to see how much work Stora does in the background, such as collecting payments or sending notifications.
Show only notes
You can use the timeline to review notes added anywhere in your account and add new account‑wide notes.
Turn on the Notes only filter.
The list will update to show only notes from across your account.
Add a new note in this view if you want to record an account‑level comment or update.
Examples of how to use the account activity timeline
Here are some practical ways to use the timeline day to day:
Check today’s payments: Filter by Automated activity and Payments to see all payments Stora has collected for you today.
Review a team member’s actions: Filter by a specific Team member to review the changes they have made recently.
Monitor a single site: Filter by Site to keep an eye on what is happening at one location.
Scan recent emails: Filter by Emails to see customer communications sent from Stora.
Review notes across the account: Turn on Notes only to see important notes added anywhere in your account.
