How to allocate a unit to a customer

Allocate unit(s) to new and existing customers in your Backoffice.

This article will guide you through the process of manually allocating a unit to your customer or changing an existing customer's allocation via the Stora back office.


Allocate a unit to a new customer

Navigate to the customer's Subscription you wish to allocate and press Allocate.

You will see a dropdown field, select it and choose a unit. Only available units are shown.

You can also add another unit by pressing Add Unit and again selecting another available unit.

Once you have selected the unit(s), click on the Allocate Unit button to confirm.

You will then be redirected back to the Subscription page.


Change an existing customer unit allocation

To change an existing customer's unit, select the relevant Subscription and then Deallocate. You can then allocate the new unit.
