Stripe offers a payment options called OneLink and Virtual Bank Transfer. When customers use OneLink on a new site or new device, they’ll receive a one-time code via SMS to verify their identity and keep their payment information secure.
💡 When moving customers to Stora from a previous system, we recommend disabling these options as this can interfere with the ability to automatically change subscriptions.
How to Disable these payment methods:
1) To disable these payment options, go to your Stripe Dashboard and open Settings > Payments > Payment methods.
2) Click into each configuration (Default and Billing Payments), find Onelink and Bank Transfer in the list, and turn them off.
