The actual tickets featuring your unique QR code, to be scanned at the gate, will be issued from Humanitix the week prior to the event.
You should have received an order confirmation email from Humanitix with an attached tax invoice. Search ‘Humanitix’ in your emails and look for anything relating to "Strawberry Fields."
Access to digital tickets will be issued closer to the event.
If you think you might have entered your email incorrectly, submit a ticket to the Strawberry Fields Help Centre with your full name and proof of your purchase (bank statement), and they’ll be able to find and re-issue your order confirmation email.
