Consumer Desktop Platform - Seller Functionality

Sellers have the option of logging into their Street account either through the Street Consumer App or by logging in on desktop via browser.

This article focuses on the seller functionality in desktop however for information on how this works via app see our Seller Functionality (App) help article.

Seller Overview

When a seller logs in to street.co.uk using a web browser they will have several options within the Seller tab to view their properties, viewings, valuations, offers and sale tracker. They can quickly and easily navigate between these sections using the navigation bar at the top of the page by clicking the 'Seller' dropdown.

Properties

Clicking into the properties tab will show the seller any properties they own.

Sellers can click a specific property to see key details of that property, appointment dates and complete and tasks.

For more information, see our Seller Properties (Desktop) help article.

Viewings Tab

The viewings tab gives the seller oversight of any upcoming, complete or cancelled viewings. From here the seller can see key details of their viewings including the applicant's name and buying position, the viewing agent and manage their viewings by accepting / declining / cancelling.

For more information about how sellers can manage their viewings from the Street desktop platform, see our Seller Managing Viewings help article.

Additionally the seller can also see and respond to questions asked by the viewing agent during a viewing and see viewing feedback submitted by the applicant.

Valuations Tab

From the valuations tab sellers can see a list of their properties and a status of their valuation. Clicking into a property will display the details of the valuation, giving the seller access to the valuation report if completed or the option to book a valuation and suggest dates and times for a photo and measure appointment.

For more information about how sellers can manage their valuations from the Street desktop platform, see our Seller Managing their Valuation help article.

Offers Tab

From the offers tab sellers can see a list of their properties showing the status of offers. Clicking into a property gives the seller a breakdown of each offer including the date and time of the offer, the applicant's name, buying position, offer price and offer status.

Note - The seller cannot interact with offers through the app. These are shown for informational purposes only and cannot be Accepted/Rejected. Sellers are advised to contact your agency to discuss any offers.

For more information about how sellers can manage their offers from the Street desktop platform, see our Seller Managing Offers help article.

My Sale Tracker Tab

From the my sale tracker tab sellers can manage the progression of their sale. They can mark off key milestones of a sale such as sending their ID to their solicitor and handling enquiries as well as access some FAQ's such as the average time to completion and what conveyancing is.

For more information about how sellers can track their sale from the Street desktop platform, see our Seller Sale Tracker help article.
