Seller Managing their Valuation (Desktop)

When a seller logs in to their Street account via a web browser, they can click into the Seller > Valuations tab and what they see will depend on the status of their valuation.

No Valuation Booked

If a seller does not currently have a valuation booked they will see some details about valuations and how using their Street account will make things easier and more efficient.

Note - It is not possible for a seller to book a valuation through their Street account however they can still book a valuation online if you have this setup.

Valuation Booked

Once a seller has a valuation booked in, they will see the details of their appointment including the date, time and valuer. From here they also have the option of rescheduling or cancelling the appointment.

Seller rescheduling a valuation appointment

If the seller choose to reschedule the appointment, they will be presented with an instant booking system, allowing them to book straight into the availability of any users within that property's branch with the Valuation appointment role enabled.

If a seller books via one of the instant slots they will receive an automated email confirming the valuation has been rearranged and you will receive a notification in Street, a log on the valuation activity stream as well as en email to the valuer's email address highlighting the change.

Alternatively if the availability isn't suitable, the seller can suggest their own availability

If you don't have any users with the Valuation Appointments role and / or all of your available valuers have no availability the seller won't be able to book and will only have the option of submitting their own availability.

Note - When a seller reschedules a valuation, the system will re-book into the existing valuer's calendar if possible. If this not possible based on availability, it will book into one of the other valuer's with availability.

Seller cancelling a valuation appointment

If the seller choose to cancel their valuation appointment, they will be asked to select a reason or choose other to free type a reason.

When a valuation is cancelled, the seller will get an email confirming it's been cancelled you'll get a notification in Street, with the reason for the cancellation logged in the activity stream as well as an email to the valuer's email address.

After cancelling, the seller has the option to rebook a valuation from their account, using the same 'book a valuation' workflow as before.

Valuation Completed

Once a valuation has been completed the status in the sellers Street account will update to show that you're working on their valuation report.

Once you've completed the valuation report the sellers account will update, giving them access to view their valuation report containing your fees and listing price as well as an option to instruct your agency.

Note - If you uncheck the 'send valuation to owner' tickbox when sending the valuation report, it will not show in the seller's Street account.

Seller instructing from a valuation

If the seller choose to instruct your agency they will be shown a breakdown of the listing price and fees before finally confirming.

On instructing your agency the seller will receive an email confirming and you will receive a notification in Street as well as an email to your branch email address highlighting the new instruction.

Seller suggesting date/time for photo and measure appointment

Once instructed the seller can optionally suggest dates and times for their photo and measure appointment directly from their Street account, from the valuation page.

The seller can free type their availability which will appear in the property activity stream. You will also get a notification in Street and an email to your branch email address.

The seller can also then begin completing their PIQ and Landmark AML Compliance Checks (if you have the Landmark integration enabled) however it's important to note these features are currently only available via the Street Consumer App.
