On each property page you will see an 'info' tab in the top right.

Select Info > EPCs this will take you to a page where you can view the certificate, update an expired EPC or upload one if there isn't one already there.

(We have an integration with the EPC Register so if there is one available Street will automatically pull this through when the property is first added. The integration will not re-check the EPC Register after the property has been added)

Click into the report date -

This will bring up the below page, you will need to add the Energy Efficiency and CO2 Emissions. Street will then use these ratings to produce an EPC graph which can then be sent the portals and your website by ticking the publish to portals box.

If there is not already an EPC in this section, you will be able to 'Mark EPC as on order' or enter the information such as Energy Efficiency and CO2 Emissions as above.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
