How long should I keep my current CRM running for after I go live with Street?
This varies on an agent by agent basis but we would recommend keeping 1 user licence after you go live on Street so you can always refer back to your older data if needed.
When can I get access to the Agent App?
You can download the Street Agent app as soon as you get access to your live Street account. You will use the same login details as the desktop version. You can then start using the app for your appointments as soon as you are live.
Note: The App will not populate with appointments until you are taken out of set-up mode and are fully live.
What training is there?
You will be given access to a suite of training videos within your live and sandbox account. These will cover the main workflows and functionality within Street, you can also keep track of your team's progress.
You will have access to our Help Centre full of articles outlining the workflows that may not be covered in the videos and a lot of frequently asked questions by existing clients.
Your Onboarding Specialist will also have Q&A calls with your team to cover any queries that come up whilst training.
Post Go Live, we will also set up calls to make sure you are settling in okay and run through anything you may need some help with.
Will the training videos remain on Street once we've gone live?
Yes, the training videos will remain under the 'StreetWise' tab in your account so you can always refer back to them. These will be continually updated as we release new features and functionality.
What happens on our 'go live' day?
This article outlines what will happen on your 'Go Live' day with Street.
What support is available for us on the day we go live?
Your Onboarding Specialist will be on hand the day you go live to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The Street Support live chat will also be there to help you and your team settle in Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
How long does the migration take?
This varies for different agents. The actual time it takes to migrate data can be anything from a few hours to a few days depending on size of the data set and team. However, the overall transition to Street is usually around 8-12 weeks, depending on size of the agency and urgency in their move. This is to ensure you are prepared for each step of the process and feel confident in using the platform on when you come to Go Live. You will have received a timeline from your Onboarding Specialist but do let them know if you have any concerns.
What settings should we spend most time on?
If you are migrating with Bridge then Users, Areas and Lettings Service Levels need to be completed before we get your first data cut.
Other settings we recommend spending some time on are Document templates, Collateral Templates (if you plan to use Street for Brochures and Window cards), Valuation Template and Notification Preferences. All settings should be looked at prior to going live but these are the ones you may need to spend some extra time on.
Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
