Street Consumer App Overview

An introduction to the Street Consumer app

Written by Elliot Palmer

Street Consumer App - What each role can see and do

The Street Consumer App is a single app called Street.co.uk, used by all of your customers and automatically shows each person the right functionality based on their role - seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant. If someone has multiple roles (for example, they're both a seller and a landlord), they'll see everything relevant to each of their properties.

This article gives you an overview of what's available for each role however for detailed guides on specific features like viewings, compliance checks, or maintenance, see the linked articles throughout or view our Consumer App collection here.

Note - Street has two apps available, one for Agents and one for Consumers. This article gives an overview of how the Consumer app works but if you are looking for information on the Agent app, please see this help article.
