Consumer App - Buyer Functionality
Firstly it's important to remember that there is only one Street Consumer App for your customers, which is called Street.co.uk. See our Street Consumer App overview article for more information.
This article focuses on the buyer role within the consumer app, outlining what functionality is available such as managing their viewings and making offers.

Note - A frequent question we get asked is if notes saved in the activity stream of a property or tenancy etc, will show in the consumer app and the answer is no. Notes in the activity stream in Street will not show in the consumer app. These are internal notes for your agency only.
Overview Tab
When a buyer logs in they will see the Overview tab, showing a breakdown of both viewings and offers, giving the buyer a quick overview of what's happening in their Street account.
Viewings Tab
Within the viewings tab buyers can see any upcoming viewings, showing details of the address and directions, add the appointment to their calendar and cancel if needed. They can also see completed viewings where the buyer can leave feedback and make an offer on a property they've viewed as well as details of any cancelled viewings.

Offers Tab
The offers tab shows a breakdown of each offer that has been submitted along with the status as marked in Street. If the offer has been rejected, buyers are given the option of making a new offer but as previously highlighted, this information comes to your agency first and you can then choose whether to send this to the owner or not.
Once an offer has been submitted and accepted on a property for a buyer, they will also have the ability to complete their compliance checks. For more information on this, please see our Buyer AML Compliance Checks guide.
Menu Tab
The menu tab doesn't hold any function for the buyer and simply outlines Street's Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions.
Sharing the App with your Customers
The Street Consumer App makes it extremely easy for buyers to manage their tenancy and self serve, with key details made readily available and access to submitting maintenance issues that feed straight into your Street.co.uk account.
