Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) in the Consumer App
If you choose to enable and setup a PIQ in Street, vendors will be able to complete this via the Street consumer app, automatically feeding their answers into your Street system for you to review and update on the property details.
When a property has been instructed in Street, the vendor will receive the 'Instruction Received' notification, asking them to download the vendor app.
This notification can be toggled on/off and the content can also be edited.
For more information on managing this notification, see this help article. If you want to manage this for a specific property, see this help article.
Once logged in, the vendor will see their property details and a Tasks section will show their various tasks including the 'Property Information' questionnaire. Clicking into this will give some context around how the questionnaire process works as well as an estimated completion time and number of questions.
In addition, vendors will have the option to either choose suggested data from Street Insights that has been verified, or enter their own answer if they prefer. Any questions where we have data from Insights will show a 'suggested' banner on the relevant answer.
At this stage, their PIQ in your Street account will show as 'awaiting response'. For more information on this, see our Property Information Questionnaire help article.
Vendor Answering Questions
Each section will display a progress bar showing how far into the questionnaire they are and the vendor will simply need to work through each question, answering from the available options or selecting 'I don't know' or 'not relevant' to any questions where they are unsure.
The vendor can also click the 'question mark' icon next to the question for some help text on the question if they are unsure. You can add specific help text for custom questions on the PIQ setup page however stock questions will ask the vendor to contact your branch.
Submitting the PIQ
When the vendor is finished, they will be able to scroll through and review their answers, making edits if needed, before clicking the 'submit' button to submit their answers. If the vendor is unable to complete the entire questionnaire in one go, they can always come back at a later time and any responses already given will be saved.
Note - To avoid conflicting answers, it's only possible for one vendor to submit the PIQ. If the property has multiple vendors who've both downloaded the app, whoever begins to complete the PIQ first will have priority and any additional vendors will see a warning in the property information section, highlighting that it's not possible to complete the PIQ as it has already been started by another vendor
What happens when the vendor submits the PIQ?
Once the vendor has submitted their PIQ, the information will now feed into you Street system for you to view and update the property details. If the property is unassigned you will receive an email to the branch email address, otherwise the property assignee will receive the email. You will also see a notification in Street and clicking this notification will load the PIQ information page.
Additionally, PIQ responses will show in the Street Agent app during Viewing appointments. You can access the PIQ responses via the Street Agent app on the property tab > property details > 'view PIQ responses'. This will help your team pull up key information when at a property appointment to really wow potential applicants at viewings to secure that sale / letting!
