How to confirm in Street and what this will trigger in terms of automation in your account.

Confirming a Viewing

When a viewing is booked, it will either be stored as a confirmed or unconfirmed viewing, depending on whether property keys are saved, the property availability and the owner confirmation preferences.

Viewings can either be confirmed by your team in Street or owners can confirm a viewing from their Street consumer account. For more information on how consumers can do this, see this help article.

Any unconfirmed viewings within your Street account will be visible under your Viewings tab in your navigation panel on the left of your screen and sit under Unconfirmed.

You can click into each viewing from here to access the viewing page or go to the property page and click the upcoming viewings section.

From the viewing page you can see Viewing Details tile which will outline the status of the current viewing as being 'Unconfirmed'.

From here you will see which parties require confirmation and can simply tick the checkbox when you're ready to confirm. When you tick the final checkbox, you will see a message you to confirm the viewing and send an email or sms (based on your settings) to the owner/tenant and applicant.

This notification is called 'viewing confirmed' and can be toggled on/off via notification preferences and the content can also be edited.

With the viewing confirmed, you will receive a message in your notification centre, and you will also see the viewing tile turn Green and to Confirmed Status.

Once the viewing is confirmed, the next step will be to attend, using the Street Agent app during the viewing.
