User Management
The user management section of Street is where you will be able to manage all users within your account, including adding new users, editing existing users, sending invites, reassigning entities such as properties or applicants from one user to another and deactivating users.
Note - To access the User Management settings you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage users' enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
To get started head to Settings > (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Account Administration > User Management.
From here you will see a table showing all users, their assigned branch and what roles/permissions they have within the business. By default deactivated users will be hidden however you can show these by clicking the 'show deactivated' toggle.
Adding a User
If you need to add new users to your account, click the 'add user' button at the top right to add their details and send them an invite email to set up their account.
Note - If you are currently in onboarding, you will most likely be in setup mode and therefore have notifications disabled so users won't receive an automated email. However when ready, you can invite each user manually using the three dot menu on the right hand side.
For more information, see our Creating and Inviting Users help article.
Editing a User
You can click into each user to edit their profile including their availability, appointment types and roles.
For more information, see our Editing a User help article.
Inviting a User
From the three dot menu on the right hand side you can send a manual invite email to the user which will ask them to setup their password - useful if the user cannot find their welcome email or if their account was created while in setup mode. Alternatively you can use the 'send invites' button at the top right of the page that will send an agent invite email to all active users that have not yet logged into Street.
For more information, see our Creating and Inviting Users help article.
Bulk Reassigning Entities
Additionally from the three dot menu you can bulk reassign who entities such, as properties or applicants, are assigned to. For more information, see our Bulk Reassign Entities help article.
Deactivating / Reactivating a User
Finally from the same three dot menu you can deactivate or reactive a user from here. Deactivating a user will remove their access to Street. For more information, see our Deactivating / Reactivating a User help article.
