Welcome to Street.co.uk's June development update! This month, we've improved our Property Information Questionnaire workflow, simplified block viewing bookings, added widgets to our KPI dashboard, and updated our lettings features, including the release of Right to Rent and application enhancements.

Property Information Questionnaire: Smart suggestions.

Now, when a vendor completes their digital Property Information Questionnaire in the Street App, they will have the option to either choose suggested data from Spectre Data that has been verified, or enter their own answer if they prefer.

The suggested information will cover key details such as Council Tax Band, Tenure, Years Left on Lease, Property Type, Property Age, Construction Materials, Garden Facing Direction, Flood Risk, Listed Building Status, and Grade.

On starting the PIQ, vendors will see the prompt highlighting how the suggested data works. The suggested answer will then highlight on individual questions.

For more information, see our Vendor Submitting PIQ help article.

A brand-new viewing calendar.

We’ve also made a major update to our booking calendar! We have removed irrelevant data and reorganised key information such as viewing guidance, upcoming viewings, and users to make everything visible at a glance.

To make sure your experience is consistent, we’ve adopted the same user-friendly design as the Full Calendar. And the best part? Our new viewing calendar is much speedier which makes the booking process both fast and convenient, allowing you to manage your bookings with ease and efficiency.

For more information, see our Booking a Viewing help article.

New KPI widgets for tracking your success.

Since its launch, our unique and powerful KPI dashboard has been revolutionising the way agents monitor and track success, helping to turn our agents into productivity powerhouses.

The dashboards are already equipped with over 50 data-rich widgets containing key metrics, goal tracking, task lists, leaderboards and more.

This month, we are pleased to announce four brand new widgets: Completions Leaderboard by valuer; Completions Leaderboard by negotiator; Sales Agreed Leaderboard by valuer; and Sales Agreed Leaderboard by negotiator.

For more information, see our KPI dashboard help article.

Export Subject Access request data for people.

Sometimes, you may encounter situations where a customer requests all the data that the business has on them which requires you to initiate a subject access request (SAR). In response to this, the business is obligated to provide all the relevant data.

To help with this, we have introduced the capability to generate a SAR report that includes all relevant data such as notes, emails, and documents from a person's page. By generating the report, you can conveniently access all the information in one place, thereby saving time and simplifying a potentially lengthy and complex request into a streamlined action.

For more information, see our Subject Access Request help article.

Carry over notes from offer to sale.

Now, notes relating to an offer will be carried forward to the sale, ensuring consistent communication throughout the entire sales process.

Simply add notes to a sales offer and when that offer progresses to a sale, those notes will carry over, appearing in the activity stream in the Sales Progression page.

Filter sales applicants by looking to sell out of area.

You can now filter the Sales Applicants table by 'Property to sell - Outside of my area,' which allows you to quickly view applicants who need to sell a property outside of your operational area.

From the sales applicant table, select the 'buying position' filter and select 'Property to sell - Outside of my area'.

Keep on top of your compliance with new Right to Rent workflows.

Penalties for non-compliant Right to Rent checks have increased by over 6,000% this year alone, putting even more pressure on agents to get their checks right every time. We are addressing this issue by launching our highly requested Right to Rent checks, a brand-new feature designed to assist you in verifying the right-to-reside status of potential and current tenants in a simple and transparent manner.

For more information, see our Right to Rent Checks help article.

Transfer funds to a lettings application ledger.

Agents can now transfer funds from a suspense account to the relevant lettings application ledger. This feature enables agents to effectively manage move-ins by temporarily storing funds in the suspense account before transferring them to the appropriate application ledger.

For more information, see our Suspense Account help article.

Upload a referencing file to a tenancy application.

Now, you can upload a referencing file to any tenancy application. Simply click on the Referencing Card on the Application Checklist and add a relevant file to the referencing decision section to support the process.
