Vendor Listing Approval via the Consumer App

Within the Street Consumer App, a vendor will see an 'Approve your Listing' task in their to do list which they can click into to begin the approval process. However, it's important to note that this option will only show for properties that are instructed and the property onboarding process has been completed in Street and the listing sent for approval.

When the listing has been sent for approval, the vendor will receive the notification called 'Property Sent', found in the properties tab of notification preferences. By default, this email will ask them to either download the Street Consumer App or log into Street via web browser to review the listing however the content of this email can be edited via edit notification content.

Listing Approval Workflow

To get started, the vendor should click the 'Approve Your Listing' task in the overview tab:

The vendor can then scroll through any property details you have added during the onboarding process, including photos, description, key features, floor plans, rooms and outside spaces, and suggest any changes they want to be made. Alternatively if they are happy with the details, they can click 'Approve Listing' to approve.

If any changes are submitted, the vendor will be see the confirmation message and be advised that your agency will be back in touch with an updated listing:

Now you're ready to review the requests and make the necessary changes in Street! See our Property Listing Changes help article for more information.
