Steps to download cloud recordings
Log in to the Zoom web portal
In the left navigation panel, click "Recordings". You will see a list of all your cloud recordings.
Use the advanced search to change the date range and status, and search for recordings by any of the following:
Host
Topic
Meeting ID
Keywords in the recording transcript
Find the cloud recording you want to download
On the recording page, click the "Download" button
Steps to download shared recordings
Your permission to download a shared recording depends on your role in the meeting:
If you are a participant or co-host (local recording)
If the host has granted you recording permission, the recording file will be saved on your device
Look for a file created around the time the meeting ended
If you are the host (local recording)
If you don't shut down your computer before the recording finishes, the local recording will be saved on your device
If you are the host (cloud recording)
When the cloud recording is ready, you will receive an email containing a shareable link that points to the cloud storage location. By opening that link, you can download the file
