These latest updates are designed to give you more control, better visibility, and a smoother experience across your day-to-day work. From setting up workflows more easily to moving sales forward with less back-and-forth, these improvements help you work faster, stay organized, and keep your team aligned.
Admin Updates That Keep You in Control
The latest Admin updates give you more control over how work is set up and managed across your organization. Project workflow is now setting-based, which makes it easier to manage workflows in a more consistent way. Generator, water filter, HVAC, and generic job types now support proposal margin, helping you apply margin across the full project amount and improve pricing visibility when the setting is turned on. You can view and edit the margins in generator, water filter, HVAC, and generic job types as well. SubHub Sign templates can also be shared from EPC organizations to connected sales organizations, making it easier to keep documents aligned, speed up signing, and support smoother collaboration between teams. Standard fields in page layouts can now be made required, which helps improve data accuracy and reduce missed information. Dark logo support in office theme management gives you better brand control and a cleaner look for offices using dark themes.
Additionally, roof summary visibility is now permission-controlled. Furthermore, you can add median as a value under the number field type in reports and the maximum sales margin while creating a proposal.
Lastly, SubcontractorHub admins can now set up incentives in the database for use in proposals with more flexibility and control. Incentives can be selected from the SubcontractorHub master list or added manually. When adding an incentive manually, admins can define the incentive type, choose how it is calculated, and decide whether it should apply automatically to proposals. They can also limit auto-applied incentives by location, preventing them from being used in specific geo areas. Once set up, these incentives can be added to or removed from proposals as needed.
Finance Updates for Simplified Transactions and Improved Flexibility
With Concert Finance Propel, sales reps can now add a financing quote before the customer is qualified. This makes it easier to present the total financed amount and payment breakdown early in the proposal process. Customers will still need to complete the qualification before the financing can be finalized or before any finance documents can be signed.
SubcontractorHub is built to make your work easier by bringing the tools you need into one place. These updates continue that by giving you more control, better visibility, and smoother workflows across your business. As the platform keeps growing, each improvement is designed to help you save time, reduce extra work, and keep projects and sales moving forward with more confidence.
