How To Map Goodleap Users

Why This Matters

Financing options can make or break a deal. When your finance integration is set up correctly, your sales team can present customers with payment options in seconds — turning 'I can't afford it' into 'Where do I sign?'

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • Active finance partner integration

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

From the main menu, open the “Manage Integrations” dropdown, click “Integrated Users” and select “GoodLeap Users”.

Step 2

Click “Sync All”.

Step 3

Locate your GoodLeap user and click the “Map” button.

Step 4

Select the correct SubcontractorHub user, then click “Update”. Once mapped, the user will be able to finance proposals with GoodLeap. Note:If GoodLeap is connected to your organization via Seamless Energy, you will not need to map users, and GoodLeap will not appear in the “IntegratedUsers” list.Note:Once mapped, users must be verified via Recheck. Click“Verify” to do this. An email will be sent to the user's email address to complete their verification via Recheck. Once the verification is complete, users can qualify customers for GoodLeap financing successfully.

Real-World Example

💡 A solar sales rep presents three financing options to a homeowner right at the kitchen table. The customer sees monthly payments for each option side-by-side and picks the one that fits their budget — deal closed in one visit.
