How To Qualify With Goodleap

Why This Matters

Financing options can make or break a deal. When your finance integration is set up correctly, your sales team can present customers with payment options in seconds — turning 'I can't afford it' into 'Where do I sign?'

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • Active finance partner integration

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click on the “Finalize” button located on the finance card.

Step 2

Click on the “Qualify” button to proceed with qualification. The quote must be qualified before you can send contract documents.

Step 3

Click on “Yes”.

Step 4

Check the acknowledgement boxes, direct the customer to sign and approve their signature, then click “Next”.

Step 5

Enter the customer’s details and click on the “Submit” button. When a homeowner qualifies, the “Qualify” icon will transition to blue and read "Qualified".

Step 6

If your customer qualifies, you will receive a congratulatory pop-up window to confirm the pre-qualification. Click on the “Ok” button.

Real-World Example

💡 A solar sales rep presents three financing options to a homeowner right at the kitchen table. The customer sees monthly payments for each option side-by-side and picks the one that fits their budget — deal closed in one visit.
