Billing Profile

Why This Matters

Your billing profile controls how you get paid and how invoices are generated. Keeping this information accurate and up to date means fewer payment delays and a smoother financial operation.

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

From your Home Page, locate Customers in the list on the left and select the customer whom you want to Qualify with SOLRITE.

Step 2

Click on the View Detail button from your proposal card.

Step 3

Scroll down your proposal to reach the approved financed card at the bottom

Step 4

You can find the “Billing Profile” button at the bottom. After clicking the billing profile button, Solrite directs you to a Stripe page, displaying billing information, payment methods, and invoice history. Upon completion of the transaction, the payment status is sent back to us, and the " billing profile" button turns green. Once billing by the customer is complete, the button color will turn green, and within brackets, it will display the billing method, for example: "(CARD)".

Real-World Example

💡 A business owner updates their billing profile with their new bank account information, ensuring all future payments are deposited correctly without any interruption.
