How To Enable The Lightreach Domestic Content Toggle For Proposals

Why This Matters

Financing options can make or break a deal. When your finance integration is set up correctly, your sales team can present customers with payment options in seconds, turning 'I can't afford it' into 'Where do I sign?'

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • Active finance partner integration

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

From the main menu, click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”.

Step 2

Go to the “Incentives/Financing” section and click the “Edit” icon.

Step 3

Enable the “Show LightReach Domestic Content Toggle” to make the Domestic Content option appear in proposals.

Once it’s visible, the “LightReach Domestic Content Default Value” setting determines how that toggle behaves by default inside proposals: turn it on to have it enabled, or leave it off to have it disabled.

Step 4

Click “Update” to save your changes.

Note: The Show Domestic Content toggle now supports role-based permissions. Admins can choose which user roles can update this setting in proposals. If no role is selected, Admin will have access by default.

Real-World Example

💡 A solar company enables the domestic content toggle and trains their sales team to highlight the additional tax credits available, helping close a deal faster.
