Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Click on the “Settings” tab located below the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2
Scroll through the settings menu and find the section labeled “IGS Sales Partner Code.”
Step 3
To begin making changes, click the "Edit" button next to the IGS Sales Partner Code section.
Step 4
From the dropdown, select the appropriatepartnerfor yourparent organization. If no partner is selected for the parent organization, an error message will appear instructing you to contact the admin.
Step 5
You can also assign specific partner codes to eachofficeusing the dropdown.If a partner code isnot mappedto an individual office, it will automaticallyinherit the parent organization's partner codeas a fallback.
Step 6
To map codes formultiple offices, click the“Add” button and repeat the mapping process for each location.
Step 7
Once all desired mappings have been made, click“Update” to save and apply your changes.
