Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Admins can give permission to any preferred role for updating redline prices for roofing materials through this feature.

Step 2

This helps ensure pricing changes are handled in a controlled way without slowing down the quoting process.

Step 3

If the permission for setting the redline price is not enabled, then the user will get a warning during finalizing the financing that they cannot go below the redline price.

Step 4

To enable permission to update the redline price, follow the steps below.

Step 1: From the main menu, go to “Users and Roles” and select “User Profiles” from the dropdown.

Step 6

Step 2: Select the user for whom you want to set the permission and click the “View Detail” button.

Step 7

Step 3: Select “Customers” from the menu.

Step 8

Step 4: Enable the “Update Price Per Square to Redline Price” toggle to allow users to update the redline price.

Once the permission is enabled, the sales rep can change the redline prices.
