Managing material pricing becomes easier when teams can update details in bulk instead of editing each item one by one. With the Colors option added under bulk edit settings in the roofing material pricing section, users can now update the color column for multiple materials at once. This helps save time, reduce manual effort, and keep material pricing information more organized and accurate. Follow the steps below to edit colors in bulk.

A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Click "Manage Database" and select "Database" from the list.
Step 2
Click "Roofing" and select "Materials" from the dropdown.
Step 3
Select the preferred materials from the list. For this workflow, we are selecting Composite.
Step 4
Click the "Show Details" button.
Step 5
Click the "View Detail" icon.
Step 6
Scroll down to the price information section and click the checkbox to select all the territories.
Step 7
Click the "Colors" dropdown and select the preferred color from the list.
Step 8
You can also select the colours in bulk from the main list by clicking the dropdown there.
